Enough to Make a Summer En Route to Santiago October See......Birds

Laurie has walked, cycled, run, and fished across most parts of Britain and France for the last fifty years. All this time he has drawn and painted, filling many sketchbooks with memories of our beautiful lands. For almost as long he has been a professional artist, teacher and printmaker making the classic copperplate aquatint etchings and also the more esoteric collagraphs.

The ancient towns excited his interest in depicting human history and the marshes, coasts and mountains satisfied the appeal of wildlife and mystery of remote places.

Laurie has exhibited widely over the years including R.A. Summer Exhibition, RWA Bristol, “Art in Action” Oxfordshire, Eastern Open, Norwich Castle Opens, Norwich 20 Group and Norwich Printfair.
